Summary: It was stressful checking in at 3:00. The lady checking me in said they were overbooked. She asked if I would take 2 queens. I agreed. Then she asked if I would take a mobility room. I agreed. But she commented several times being overbooked even though I booked well in advance. I said “Is there a problem? I booked well in advance.”And besides that, I was checking in at 3:00, the SOONEST you are allowed to check in. How did she know she was overbooked? Last minute cancelations happen. I was tired from travel and felt frustrated that I couldn’t get the room I booked for. Besides that, the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning wouldn’t let me go below 68. I have to have 66° for my reactive airway disease. Do better Hampton.
